Information, not medical advice

Our name data, tools, guides and data pages are general information. Pregnancy and parenting content is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a care plan, and it is not a substitute for your midwife, GP, health visitor or other clinician. Tools such as due-date or ovulation estimators give approximate results only. We draw our name and data pages from named public sources such as the ONS baby-names dataset, ONS births, National Records of Scotland and NISRA, and we cite them. Source data is periodic and can change, and we cannot guarantee it is complete or current at the moment you read it.
